Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on the 2026 vision, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for scalability, security, and sustainability in our tech stack to ensure robust future-proofing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical strategies into actionable business solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights to the executive board.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering or technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Future Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential application in enterprise environments (2026 outlook).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performance teams through complex digital transformations.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
