- R&D Pioneering: Conduct rigorous research to evaluate the feasibility of emerging technologies and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-tech implementations adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Adaptability: Exceptional ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
