Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement high-level architecture for next-generation AI systems integrating quantum computing principles.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the company's 2026 product line, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies (Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and integrate them into production pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of complex neural networks and quantum algorithms, ensuring minimal latency and maximum efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into viable software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading technical teams and architectural design.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and interest/experience in Quantum Computing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
