Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 10-year technology roadmap with a specific focus on the 2026 transition phase.
- Lead the integration of post-silicon computing technologies, including quantum annealing and photonic processors.
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI paradigms, ensuring ethical implementation and alignment with 2026 regulations.
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions for future market demands and scalability.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for future tech initiatives and pilot programs.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or high-level software architecture.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles, post-quantum cryptography, and neuromorphic engineering.
- Proven track record of leading high-level strategic planning and vision setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends up to 2030.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
