- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define "Future-Ready" product features.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Technical Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Blockchain, or IoT technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of strategic planning and long-term vision execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
