Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Lead the conceptualization and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Networks.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures that support long-term business goals and rapid scalability.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of experimentation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and align technology initiatives with executive business objectives.
- Proof of Concepts: Spearhead high-impact Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate futuristic technologies before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a keen interest in post-quantum cryptography.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
