Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision, identifying emerging trends in AI and automation to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, distributed systems capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and business units to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of proprietary AI models into production environments, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams through complex technical transitions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
