Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate AI)
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals
- Prototype and validate breakthrough solutions through rapid experimentation cycles
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-ready tech stacks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development methodologies
- Secure patents and publish white papers in top-tier journals
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Bio-Informatics
- 5+ years in R&D with 2+ years in frontier tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent impact factor
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing $1M+ in research grants or venture funding
- Fluency in at least two programming languages and one human language
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation from concept to production
