Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize next-gen technologies targeting 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive innovations across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Design strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration into enterprise ecosystems
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Present innovation portfolios to executive stakeholders and secure funding for high-impact projects
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from Wharton, MIT)
