Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Nexus Horizon Labs, specifically focusing on technologies expected to mature by 2026.
- Lead the architectural design of complex, distributed systems integrating AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced AR/VR) into existing product ecosystems.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability across all global deployments.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for the future tech stack.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and tech summits as a thought leader in future computing.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, or Predictive Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience with or deep understanding of Quantum computing concepts and future-proofing legacy systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
