Responsibilities
- Architect and define the Technology Roadmap for 2026, ensuring scalability and future-proofing of our core platforms.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to integrate into our production stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Conduct rigorous technical assessments to evaluate potential technology acquisitions or partnerships for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Ensure robust security protocols and data integrity standards are met for all future-forward projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience researching and implementing next-gen technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving high-level architectural challenges and making strategic technology decisions.
