Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring architectural scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers in delivering high-impact solutions.
- Architect robust, secure, and highly available systems using microservices and serverless architectures.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) to integrate into our core product stack.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in high-concurrency environments.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
