Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure or high-frequency trading systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and security.
