Responsibilities
- Lead Semantic Search Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to ensure our content is optimally indexed by both traditional search engines and emerging AI agents.
- Generative AI Integration: Audit and refine existing content to ensure it is AI-friendly, focusing on structured data, schema markup, and semantic clarity for LLMs.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor global search trends and AI algorithm updates to proactively adjust our technical SEO and content strategies.
- Technical SEO Architecture: Collaborate with engineering to improve site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and crawlability for AI bots.
- Content Strategy: Lead a team of writers and strategists to produce high-value, 'answer-first' content that satisfies complex user queries.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in complex technical SEO environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automated SEO auditing and data analysis.
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of how Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT) process and rank information.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
