Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Project 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning business goals with future market trends.
- Conduct comprehensive gap analyses between current capabilities and the 2026 vision.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry shifts to adjust the 2026 plan proactively.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with future architectures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, IT consulting, or business transformation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives or product roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Cloud Computing, and Blockchain.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
