Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures tailored for real-world enterprise applications.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Engineer high-performance inference engines capable of handling billions of requests efficiently, focusing on latency reduction and cost optimization.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce robust frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance with upcoming 2026 regulatory standards.
- Hardware Acceleration: Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to optimize models for specialized accelerators (TPUs, GPUs, NPUs).
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives to explore emerging paradigms such as Multimodal AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art models in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and translate them into elegant engineering solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
