Responsibilities
- Provide Safe & Reliable Transportation: Safely transport passengers from point A to point B while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with passengers, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant ride experience.
- Maintain Vehicle Condition: Keep your vehicle clean, sanitized, and well-maintained to meet our high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Adhere to Policies: Follow all company guidelines, local regulations, and app-based protocols for accepting and completing trips.
- Handle Payments: Process payments efficiently through the app and handle cash tips with integrity.
- Route Navigation: Use GPS navigation tools to find the most efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure on-time arrivals.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license issued in the United States.
- Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs in the past 3-5 years.
- Minimum Age: At least 21 years of age.
- Vehicle Requirements: A 4-door vehicle (Sedan, SUV, or Hatchback) that is 15 years old or newer (or newer if applying for Luxury services).
- Smartphone: A reliable smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a data plan.
- Insurance: Proof of current auto insurance.
