Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to destinations using the CityRide Connect app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle with proper documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions
- Optimize routes using real-time navigation tools
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to traffic laws
- Report earnings and trip details through the driver portal
- Participate in periodic driver training and updates
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record
- Smartphone with reliable data plan
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Richmond metro area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
