Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and courteous transportation services to passengers throughout Greater Cincinnati
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicles meeting all safety and appearance standards
- Optimize routes using real-time navigation apps to maximize efficiency and earnings
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional communication and service
- Complete all required vehicle inspections and documentation as per company policy
- Utilize the CincyRide Connect app to accept trips, track earnings, and manage availability
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and rideshare regulations in Hamilton County
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and compatible with CincyRide Connect app
- Personal vehicle model 2010 or newer with 4 doors and valid insurance
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Cincinnati metro area roads and landmarks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to passenger safety
- Reliable internet access for trip acceptance and earnings tracking
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
