Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and soil to designated sites
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers
- Ensure proper loading/unocking procedures to prevent spills
- Navigate complex urban and construction site routes efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of LA County roadways and construction zones
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
