Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and courteous transportation services to passengers via the rideshare platform
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle meeting all safety standards
- Optimize routes using real-time navigation to maximize efficiency and passenger satisfaction
- Complete all required trip documentation and payment processing through the app
- Proactively communicate with passengers regarding pickup details and special requests
- Adhere strictly to local traffic laws, parking regulations, and company safety protocols
- Submit vehicle maintenance reports and coordinate necessary repairs through our partner network
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance service quality and platform knowledge
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid U.S. driver's license
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record (no major violations in past 5 years)
- Smartphone proficiency with the ability to use our proprietary rideshare application
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010 or newer, 4-door, 4+ seats) in excellent condition
- Pass background check, vehicle inspection, and drug screening requirements
- Strong customer service skills with ability to resolve issues professionally
- Basic knowledge of Omaha metro area geography and traffic patterns
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
