Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, and time-sensitive materials in temperature-controlled containers
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities for seamless pickup/dropoff procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and biohazard safety protocols
- Perform vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff and patients
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year medical transport or logistics experience
- OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate temperature-controlled equipment
