Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and freight to designated addresses in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in safe operating condition.
- Interact professionally with customers, including taking signatures and providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage and organize delivery paperwork and logs accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and company uniform.
- Navigate complex routes using GPS and ensure adherence to all traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Current Medical Certificate (DOT medical card).
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
