Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to designated addresses in the San Francisco metropolitan area.
- Unload and carefully inspect merchandise for damage before and after transit.
- Interact professionally and courteously with existing and potential customers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Route packages according to delivery maps, ensuring all stops are made efficiently and within time windows.
- Handle cash or digital payments accurately and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major traffic violations within the last 3 years).
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics is highly preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Access to a reliable smartphone for navigation and digital proof of delivery.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
