Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Load and unload goods with care, utilizing proper equipment to ensure product integrity.
- Verify and record delivery details, including addresses, signatures, and any damage reports.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks before and after routes.
- Provide professional, friendly customer service during every stop.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure on-time delivery schedules are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's license.
- Must possess a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic proficiency with GPS navigation systems and handheld delivery devices.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
