Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using dollies, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles on various road conditions and weather scenarios.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company protocols at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally and politely with clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
- Route packages efficiently to ensure on-time delivery and accurate drop-offs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a commercial or delivery capacity.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of GPS and navigation software (smartphone proficiency required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
