Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Efficiently plan and execute delivery routes to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Load/unload packages with care, verifying order accuracy upon delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address client inquiries
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and report any vehicle maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery efficiency
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling and package security
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to and from depot location
