Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain a box truck for local/regional deliveries
- Optimize routes for timely pickups and deliveries using provided dispatch software
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle documentation
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and on-time service
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team to maximize daily efficiency
- Manage cargo loading/unloading procedures with precision
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck or heavy-duty driving experience
- Proof of vehicle ownership or lease agreement
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota metro area and regional routes
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Commercial insurance coverage (liability $1M+)
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
