Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight to designated locations within Southern California
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage records
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with DOT regulations
- Communicate delivery status and delays promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Knowledge of California roadways and traffic regulations
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
