Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' dry van reefers) for regional freight delivery
- Maintain strict adherence to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete accurate pre-trip inspections and post-trip documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and timing
- Handle secure loading/unloading procedures with proper equipment
- Build strong relationships with clients while representing our brand professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with HOS regulations and electronic logging devices
- Experience operating manual transmission vehicles
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Knowledge of Minnesota road networks and weather considerations
