Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided freight trucks and trailers for local/regional routes
- Load/unload cargo using provided equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic logs (ELD compliant)
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimal route efficiency
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
