Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated OTR routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete accurate pre-trip inspections and maintenance reports
- Manage delivery timelines and coordinate with logistics team
- Maintain electronic logs and documentation compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or willingness to obtain through paid training)
- Minimum 21 years of age with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong commitment to safety and professional conduct
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with electronic logging
- Ability to travel overnight for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
