Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided tractors and trailers for regional freight routes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight using company-provided equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
- Communicate with dispatch team for route optimization
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections on company assets
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Knowledge of Milwaukee metro area and regional highways
