Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, and pharmaceuticals between hospitals, clinics, and labs
- Maintain precise temperature control for sensitive materials during transit
- Complete electronic delivery confirmations and maintain accurate documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and biohazard safety standards
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Perform vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance inspections
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and receiving facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Experience in logistics, healthcare transport, or delivery services
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
