Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and merchandise to designated locations in Lincoln and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers
- Organize packages efficiently to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse locations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable personal vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Knowledge of Lincoln area streets and landmarks
