Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all shipments
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicles per FMCSA standards
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient loading/unloading procedures
- Build strong relationships with dedicated clients
- Utilize electronic logging systems for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb trailer decks
- Strong knowledge of regional highway systems
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Flexibility to adjust schedule based on operational needs
- Excellent communication and time management skills
