Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages along designated routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and returns
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Amazon's delivery standards
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability during daytime hours (6 AM - 8 PM)
