Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate designated routes in Lincoln and surrounding areas
- Load, secure, and unload packages efficiently while maintaining delivery accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and address customer inquiries
- Maintain detailed delivery records and report any delivery exceptions or vehicle maintenance needs
- Follow all Amazon safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and time management
- Ensure vehicles remain clean, fueled, and in operational condition
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly and push/pull up to 70 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous delivery/driver experience preferred
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Lincoln, NE area
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening as required
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking and communication
- Reliable transportation to and from the delivery station
