Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products and materials on scheduled routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication
- Adapt routes dynamically for traffic and delivery constraints
- Ensure all deliveries comply with safety regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with Austin roadways and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for delivery tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commercial driving license (CDL) preferred but not required
