Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials to job sites
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient material delivery
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and report mechanical issues
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Support team members in meeting project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis metro area routes
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
