Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, aggregates, and debris
- Pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with site supervisors and dispatch teams for efficient logistics
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Operate in various weather and terrain conditions
- Collaborate with ground crews for precise material placement
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years commercial dump truck experience
- Clean MVR and no DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Knowledge of West Texas roadways and construction sites
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Remote-friendly: Must have reliable internet for virtual onboarding
