Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre/post-trip documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and coordinate with dispatch teams
- Operate in various weather conditions and job site environments
- Assist with minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Build positive client relationships through professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Louisiana DOT regulations and local routes
- Basic mechanical knowledge for field diagnostics
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
