Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of packages, medical specimens, and time-sensitive materials across Oklahoma City metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, proof of delivery records, and route optimization documentation
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, basic maintenance checks, and report mechanical issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle special delivery requests professionally
- Adhere to DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments and priority deliveries
- Secure packages during transport and maintain confidentiality of sensitive contents
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience with commercial or large vehicle operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate multi-story buildings with packages
- Familiarity with Oklahoma City streets and GPS navigation systems
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Basic smartphone proficiency for tracking apps and communication systems
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
