Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages, documents, and time-sensitive materials using company vehicles
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes across Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and maintain delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status and obstacles
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Familiarity with Fort Worth area and GPS navigation systems
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
