Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages and documents within designated Chicago routes
- Provide real-time delivery tracking updates via mobile app and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Verify recipient identity and package integrity upon delivery
- Maintain clean, organized vehicle and perform daily safety inspections
- Adapt to dynamic routing changes and weather conditions efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients and dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Chicago streets and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
