Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and documents across El Paso and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with sorting and preparing shipments at warehouse
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of El Paso streets and GPS navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy for digital manifests
- Spanish fluency preferred
