Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages, documents, and medical supplies throughout San Diego County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking for all routes
- Provide exceptional customer service with timely updates and professional interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route adjustments and priority deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Familiarity with San Diego street navigation and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Background check and drug screen clearance required
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
