Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages, documents, and time-sensitive materials throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and drop-offs
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to ensure efficient delivery schedules
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Handle special delivery requirements with precision and care
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Commercial Driver's License (Class B) preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in varied weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- Proficient with mobile navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
