Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to meet delivery timelines
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and document vehicle maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with San Francisco traffic patterns and delivery zones
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
