Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided modern tractors for freight transport across Fort Worth and Texas regions
- Safely load/unload cargo using advanced hydraulic systems and securement equipment
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding shipment status and delays
- Represent PrimeLine Logistics with professional conduct at client facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and transportation software
- Strong knowledge of Texas highway systems and weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and operate loading equipment
- Flexibility for overnight routes and weekend shifts as needed
